Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, if on the Mainland UK.

All jewellery items are placed in environmentally appropriate, FSC approved packaging, which also include sustainably sourced 100% British sheep wool.
Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and orders are not posted on weekends and holidays, so please allow extra time for processing orders that are placed on Friday and over the weekend. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after dispatch are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Priority International shipping will incur additional charges - contact us to arrange this optional upgrade.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN
All jewellery - with the exemption of earrings and bespoke pieces - can be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Please be sure about your UK ring size when placing an order to avoid disappointment.
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.​ You are also responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

EXCHANGE​
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order placed. Please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
​PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
